Help: Radio Lock Out Key ?

I have a problem . How do you unlock these things ? Some one bought mine and repaired the light for the main display . but cant for the life of him get the thing to tell him the unlock codes of keys to unlock it ? :dontknow:

Google how to unlock gm radio, there was a number at one time for GM tech support out of Texas somewhere. Someone on some car forum posted all the needed info and dealer number.

I used the number when I had to change batteries in my parents Grand Prix, its been a couple years though not sure if its still out there

These have to go to the dealer for reprogramming.
