So I am not 100% sure but I am guessing that it is the windshield wiper switch?
My wipers are constantly spraying out fluid which eventually makes my fluid container empty. When it is empty, it make a squeeling sound. The only way to make it stop is by putting pressure on the wiper lever towards the front of the car.
I am a beginner at DIY automotive.
Thanks in advance.

If it were mine, I'd disconnect the pump until the switch is changed out, to avoid killing the pump.

Mine just did this too. The issue I found was the button at the end of the column controls was broken and stuck in. If that is your issue too you can get a good replacement piece from harofreak00 on here.
