Fuel Line Connector Elbow Leak

Post by llllcdllll »

I have a fuel leak coming from the fuel line connector elbow on the fuel rail. After doing some research in these blogs, I've noticed the O-Rings go bad in the elbow. Does anyone know if the size of the elbow is 5/16x5/16? (Part Number: 800-081.5)?? I measured the end that connects to the hose and it's about 8mm (5/16) Thanks in advance guys.

Should be able to get them at the parts store. Make sure they are rated for use with gasoline, def do not want those deteriorating on a hot engine.

I checked autozone and o'reilly. Neither had the correct size. I'm going to try the dealer tomorrow but I bet they will try and sell me the whole fuel line =/

Did you ask for the o ring to the fuel line or just ask for the size that you think it is?

Thanks guys for your help. I think I found the connector elbow at advance auto (dorman 800-125) they had to order it so if it's not the right one i'll go with rock auto's as harofreak mentioned.
