It would be hard to make any "scoops" you want if you know how to work metal. A lot cheaper than buying a hood that you are just gonna cut up and waste.

:withstupid: The grill lets air in to begin with.. putting scoops/vents on the rear of the hood will allow the air to move throughout the entire engine bay. Just like supercars.. the same aspect as fender vents/grills ;)
