Coolant leak location??

Post by jla1989 »

Hey.. i just noticed in the last week that my bonne is leaking some coolant.. it seems like its leaking from the passengerside near the water pump... It doesnt seam like its the water pump leaking so i was wondering if this could be the elbow leak that other posts have referenced to. If so is it a hard job to replace your self and how much am i looking at in costs to replace it as i am on a tight budget??? also how hard of a job and costly is it to replace the intake gasgets as i also think that may be bad as i am getting a white mist out of the exhaust that smells sweet, the oil isnt milky but im just a bit worried... Had my bonnie for 5 or 6 years now and it was my first car i ever owned so im tryin to keep her road worthy without breaking the bank lol.. id really hate to park her or get rid of her because it is by far the funnest and most comfterble car i have ever ridden in... sorry for the questions.

There are 2 elbows above the water pump. Under $10 at the HELP! section in your local parts shop.
