ABS Braking systems... still two systems?

Post by BuckyKattNJ »

After redoing my ABS lines, and bleeding them, I'm curious, are our brakes still truly redundant?

In the old days, the front system and rear system had no fluid connection below the shared reservoir. But now all this funnels into the mysterious ABS modulator. Are the systems kept separate? If so, I guess that at point our systems are divided diagonally... RR and LF hooked to the back of the MC and LR and RF hooked to the front of the MC.

Thoughts?
