Well, you're getting rid of it because the hood flew up? I still don't get it... I know it's your car, and you can turn it into a toaster or shoot at it with a shotgun, but you did all that work. Why stop and sell it now...???

I totally agree. That car is freaking awesome. Please don't sell it because the hood flew up. Look at all that nice primer! You're on the home stretch!

Yeah man, don't sell it. You'll just be starting all over with a new car anyway. You've made it this far, finish it! I still want you headlights though. You should do a how-to writeup on how to make them.

Sorry my headlights aren't for sale. If I decide to sell the car, they're prolly going with it. And IF I were to sell them they'd end up being alot of money seeing as I spent over $500 just for parts let alone all the time I spent getting them right! Sorry bud

Ok, so here is a small update. My insurance guy came out today and looked at the car and with my deductable already taken out, they're cutting me a $648 check to fix the windshield, the sun roof, & the hood! Soooo with that said Im gonna try my hardest to get all this fixed without money comin out of my pocket! Soooo I am in desperate need of some sun roof glass, so if ANYONE knows of a car being parted out or anything of that nature PLEASE, I really dont feel like spending more than half of my insurance check on the sun roof from GM...Help?!?!

Andrew should have some glass for you. He's parting out 00beast's car. I seem to remember the glass being fine (sunroof).

Dude are you crazy? after all the work you want to sell it? Your blood and sweat went into that car!!! you at least better show off the finished product!!! I am sorry for the rant but you really got my blood boiling.

Yeah that scared the living day lights out of me. It was prolly one of the scariest things I have ever been thru!!! Well, I have decided to finish the car, get her all painted up and if I still feel like I need to get rid of it, I'll sell it next spring! But as of right now I'm over that stupid thought cuz I DO love my car! And yeah that effin HUD glass is incredibly expensive, it's rediculous! I got the new windshield in yesterday, the new hood is on, and Haro sent me the roof glass that I received this morning! (( Might I add it's in perfect shape for seriously CHEAP!! Thanx HARO )) So pretty much the car is back in order. My buddy is sleeping over tonight and we're waking up early to bust ass on both our cars ( He's got a 99 Grand Am GT with a lot of the same custom features ) So hopefully I can get her done ASAP so you guys can see her done up!! Thanx for all the concerns!!!!
