Replacement line for sunroof drain?

Replacement line for sunroof drain?

Just as title states. Need to know where to get, mine are shot/clogged/whatever. Need to replace them.

I replaced them in a friend's car with some soft plastic tubing that a friend, who is a plumber had laying around. I liked it because it was colorless, which makes it easier to see if water is flowing through them. I think it was 1/2 or 9/16. Could probably pick some up at places like Menard's or The Home Depot.
