crazy stuff. dont know what to do.

so here is the long story short, i cut my ribbon for my dash, rplaceed the ribbon, installed the dash again.
now when i go to turn the key light and everything work fine, fan works all that, but it wont turn over.
then when i take the key out all the relays and switches and lights go crazy.

i asume this is my security system.(factory)
how do you go about resetting this?

while the car is doing the crazy blinky stuff i cant use my car remote to unlock or lock or open the trunk.

any and all help would be great thankyou,

Edit:** battery is low almost dead. so i put my battery tender on it. the click and blinks keep happening when the lights dim lower and lower. sounds like relays are just clicking back and forth.
also i tried the 3 X 10 minute key reset thing. no help doing that.
