Well, don't think I'll be able to make it this year. It seems I might not have enough hours built up by then to take a few days off, and the Bonneville is giving me trouble again (seems to happen every summer).

I am sad that I'll be missing the fun, but there's always hope for next year!

It is about 2 - 2.5 hours north of Detroit.

Sanford Michigan is where it is held.

It would actually be a LOT faster and shorter if you went through Sarnia/Port Huron than Detroit.

From Forks of the Credit you're going 410S / 401W / 402W past London, then the Blue Water Bridge Sarnia/Port Huron border. Ryan is right, it's 2-2.5 hours into MI from the border. It's a pretty straightforward route.

Well, I officially CANNOT make this meet, one car, two cars, at all. I have to take the IL basic skills test for my schooling on July 7th. It was planned in January and I lost track of time in terms of that date.

I'm really *fook* bummed, and it doesn't make sense financially for me to drive up and spend the night and Sunday there when I would have to be back Monday morning for school.

Well, such is life I guess. I had been really looking forward to it since last year actually. Oh well...
