My scanner is at work any suggestions

Re: Fixed charger now problems
Your supercharger is very unlikely to be vibrating enough for you to feel it unless it is about ready to have a catastrophic failure and you would feel that whether or not you were getting on it.
Sounds like it could have been some missfires, probably a bad plug or wire. When was the last time the plugs and wires were changed?

Re: Fixed charger now problems
A flashing CEL means there's a "catalyst damaging condition", generally a misfire, and a misfire will shake the whole car.
Replace your plugs and wires (I HIGHLY recommend NAPA Beldin Wires and Autolite or NGK plugs, NEVER Bosch) and your fuel filter. Then see if the misfire goes away or not.

Some fuel injector cleaner might be a good idea also, such as Techron, Gumout, or Seafoam.

Ed has some good suggestions the Napa premium Beldin wires are great. I bought a set of these wires today, put them on in an effort to clear up my misfire problem. Cables worked great but it turned out to be a bad coil pack. I reserved them on line through napa.com and got 10% off. total was about $27.
