these are according my 1991 a Factory shop manual:

12 -nothing, battery disconnected
14 -coolant temperature sensor, goes on if engine overheats etc.
21,22- Throttle position sensor signal low -likely broken sensor because of 22 code (same: but signal high...)
23,- intake air temperature sensor , manifold air too cold
24- vehicle spee sensor; PCM will force tranny to 3rd gear with this code!
31- PRNDL (neutral safety) switch, not so important, with this code PCM assumes D4 until corrected
32, UNKNOWN CODE???!!!

51,- Mem-cal error, faulty "MEM-CAL", if this comes after you check that all pins are connected in mem-cal socket- the PCM is broken!

53,54 -UNKNOWN CODES TO 1991 FSM

good luck! seems like you have lots to do...
sorry i´m from europe-expressions and understanding varies

Disconnect the battery for 15 minutes. Reconnect and take it for a drive long enough to warm the engine and get the coolant up to temp. Read the codes again and see what comes back. (this proceedure clears any stored codes).

Is there any issues with driveability for example high idle, excessive fuel consumption etc?

Some things to check: under the air filter is the IAT (intake air temp sensor) , make sure it is plugged in.
Check the TPS: http://www.pontiacbonnevilleclub.com/fo ... =48&t=9098
Check the coolant sensor and make sure it is plugged in, located under the thermostat housing
Check the battery voltage with the car off and then when the engine is running, use a meter because the dash gauges are not accurate.

I'd look into the PCM (memcal) error first. It could be causing a number of the other codes. I might also crack open the ground busses at the bottom of the a-pillars, under the carpet, taped into the wire harnesss running under each front door.

at idle the car vibrates a bit i cleaned the MAF and it really made her come back to life hesitated quite a bit and the milage is at 21.5 i'm thinking these cars are better than that considering my last 93 got 28 consistently

thanks for the info i'm digging in now!

just went for a drive got everything all warmed up and no cel in the dash! idk but i'll keep driving it and check the codes as they come. i do notice my temp gauge will linger alittle low when its pretty cold out but normal operating temp of 195 is usually where its at. it has a new thermostat

There is no relearn necessary for a new PCM. Just make sure it's from a non-supercharged SE with the same final drive ratio and it will be as simple as plugging it in. It's behind/under the glove box. Accessible from below after you remove the black hush panel. It has three harnesses connected to the bottom.

You have to have a 93 PCM, also. You can use a 92 PCM, but will have to swap the memcal chip out of yours, and won't be able to rule it out in that case.

got the exhaust fixed the donut was gone by the manifold. it was determined by my brother that the car was missing on one cylinder! so we pulled plug wires till the tone stayed the same. since the plugs and wires are new we determined it had to be an injector so we replaced the #1 injector, front of car far left cylinder, but the car still seems to have a miss! what should i try next or do?

thanks for all the suggestions again

so i put a new thermostat in 2 months ago and now it won't heat up to 195! sits right around 170-180 maybe even alittle lower! is that the only thing that controls my temp? I know they are cheap so i'm planning to go get another one.

As for the miss, have you checked the coils?

What are you reading the temps on? The dash gauge is not accurate at all.
