Black & Red

Post by Doom3524 »

So, I am looking to add some character to my car. I am a huge fan of Black and Red. My car is Black and I am looking to add some red accents to it. I will likely be getting the brakes changed in the near future, and when I do I will likely paint the calipers red. Thats 1 step in the right direction. What are some ideas people have for adding more red to the car without going drastically overboard. Any suggestions would be cool!

Thanks,
Ira

Allmachtige had a red pinstripe on his black 00 and it wasn't bad. Too much red can really look ricey though...

Red overlay on your SSEi emblem.

Paint your grill inserts also. Thats about as far as I would go, personally.

I will likely go with the pinstriping (I already bought that anyway) and I really like the red on the SSEi concept too. I will take a picture of the front end and photoshop some red onto the grill inserts and see how that looks, it sounds interesting.

You could always just paint em, and then paint em black if you dont like it. PS wont give you a good representaion.

The red calipers might jump out a little too much. But you could paint them black and get maybe an overlay that says "pontiac" or "ssei" with red lettering.

I think red calipers, overlays, and maybe a pinstripe would be about as far as I would go.

Red calipers look nice...

(Nos4Blood70's car^) Not black I know, but they don't scream hey look at me from a mile away. I think they would work with black nicely.
