PM is a private message to the person who's username is Nholds.

Hey Corinne!
At the top-left, there's a User Control Panel. Go there, and look at the options in the left menu labeled Options. Click on Board Messages.

You will then see a Send To box at the top left. Type NHolds into that box, and click the Add [To] box. The page will reload. Now you're sending a message to NHolds! He's the guy that makes window decals.
