Pretty much the given is the APN UIM. This is the UIM that has the metal sleeved EGR passage. The Dorman kit isn't bad either but the UIM isn't sleeved at this critical spot. Both UIM kit's come with the reduced diameter EGR stove pipe though.

For the LIM gaskets go with the AcDelco aluminum ones, this will pretty much guarantee not having to do those for along time. What ever you do don't use the black plastic ones, they will fail again.

Not a bad time to look at doing the valve cover gaskets either.

Get rid of Dex-cool if your car still has it.

Fix anything else that is easy to get to while the motor is apart.

It's kind of hard to find that APN kit...there's a link in the how-to on here though.
