99 Boneville Cranks but wont start And Electrical need HELP

99 Boneville Cranks but wont start And Electrical need HELP

:btruestory: This winter (Frozen Wisconsin) started the car and was Brushed the snow off and the car shut off,the Rear Window Defroser light on dash came on the Radio stayed on,Power seat Driver side didnt work,Power lock dont work from the in side of the car,But work with the Remote.
Car sat in snow bank til could get in garage.Checked all Fuses under dash both sides and under hood,Friend said BCM so I pulled it out couldnt find on put it back in car started everything worked.Til 2 days ago :banghead: Started car pulled into garage to change fuel filter got it done then Wont Start everything the some but this time 1/2 my fuses No Power under the dash.Could it be a relay on pass side anyone have a diagram.Please Help Thanks Pat

do you know if that half of the fuse box is fed from the same source, maybe a fusable link at the starter???
