Metro Cruise in Grand Rapids MI Aug 26-27th

Just wondered if anyone from Michigan ever attends the Metro Cruise in Grand Rapids. It's a cruise all down 28th Street. Last weekend of this month....Friday the 26th and Saturday the 27th. I plan on driving my car down on Friday night for the first time. Saw some other cool Bonnevilles last year so figured I would drive mine this year. Would be cool to meet up if anyone else is interested or have attended in past years! Let me know!

Just missed it! I was finally back in GR 8/12-20, and saw a few other Bonnevilles but don't really know anyone else on the forum or what they drive. How did it turn out?

Just got back from Rogers Plaza with 2 of my kids, they loved it. All different kinds of cars and motor cycles every where. The best is the smell of race gas in the air. Couldn't ask for a better weekend for weather, just beautiful out there. Good turn out this year to.

I remember Rogers Plaza, back when Montgomery Ward was down on the end, and Rogers was still across the street. Good to see that's still a car enthusiast spot!
