Want to Confirm my AC issue

Want to Confirm my AC issue

I've been reading through earlier posts to diagnose what is happening with my Bonny, and I just want to confirm with all of you what is the problem and how to fix it.
My 2001 SSEi A/C only blows out of the panel vents. Will not change to floor, or to the windshield. Air mix actuator, correct?
Secondly, when I select Auto nothing happens. The selected temp comes on the display but the fan doesn't come on, but will come on if I use the fan speed control. Is this related to the first problem or is it something separate?
