Wet weight of an L67 (S2)
Hey guys... can't seem to find a solid number on this anywhere, so I figured I'd see if anyone here knew off hand - what's the wet weight (ready to run) of an s2 L67 (just the engine, not the trans)? Doing a bit of advanced project planning at the moment (not h body related)...

Re: Wet weight of an L67 (S2)
I know when I crated a few L26's they were close to 550 lbs.(two pallets, 2x4s, straps, cardboard, etc.) So an L67 is probably in the 400 lb neighborhood.

95 SLE... a keeper. 241k miles. Low and Slow.

Matt..when you say wet..do you mean with ps, alt, ac and starter bolted on? I'd give that 6-800 range, which is right in like with Mike's estimate of 400

Yeah - I'm looking for an approximate weight with everything bolted on and ready to run (except the tranny).
