I won't be able to make it this year. I am going to AZ the week prior and cannot get that much time off in the same month, nor can I afford to bring my son with me even if i could.... and I wouldn't leave him home since I only see him 6 weeks out of the year.

but... i so remember the days at Woodburn... the smell of high octane... the fireside banter ... paul's incredible dances... detailing cars at the KOA and fixing cars at Wren's... and beating Wren with the rental HHR.... that was way fun....

Miss you all... will see you again, I just know it...

Looks like me and the Z28 are gonna make it this year! My training schedule has cut it pretty dang close, I'm scheduled to graduate on Tuesday July 19. (Amazing how that timing worked out...coincidence?) I still don't know which day I'll be arriving to the meet, it all depends on when I can catch a flight outta here. I'll definitely be there for the Woodburn drags; I wouldn't miss it for the world. :beerchug:

At WCBF10: 14 flat
After headers and a PCM tune: 13.2

Looking forward to the race, I've always wanted to run against an '05 up generation mustang in the 1/4.

Yeah...I've run it once in the quarter. Launching it could be a little tricky for me. The time I ran it was also a 14 flat, and at that time it had exhaust. Since then its been lowered, a short throw shifter was installed, we put 3.73 gears in it, and a tune. So it should hook up better and I should be able to shift faster hahaha. I'm really looking forward to it too....I'm very interested to see what happens.

So we've moved the Cruise to the Coast to Saturday?

Also, I just discovered you need a helmet if the car is faster than 13.99, not 12.99 as I thought before. Can someone tell me how much helmets cost, what type I need, and where I can get one?
