The module is located under the front passenger seat.

There are a few ways to disable it, but the easiest and safest way is to just disconnect your battery and wait 10 minutes before working on it.

Edit: the 10 minute wait gives the module time to bleed it's power off. Like letting a capacitor drain.

Those are generally a dealer-only item. You might get lucky and find one in a junkyard.

It's either them or the junkyard.

You may have to have the dealer program it, however. I'd call them and ask before you plug it in to find either the light is on, or the air-bag just exploded in your face, lol.

I don't think they'll have the equipment (Tech II) to program the module to your car. They'll find it, but you'll have to put it in and take it to the dealer. Again, I'm not sure, call your dealer and verify.

I don't think you will need to program it beings it's a 95. I think the programable ones didn't start till 96?

I know for a fact that 92-95 don't need programming. But the one you get from the wrecker has 50% odds of being bad also. The mounting location is prone to corrosion due to water in the cabin. It's at the lowest spot inside the car.
