Whoa, I haven't been here in awhile, lol!!

Anyway, I'm hoping to be able to make it this year, assuming:
a) I'm free and can get some time off work, and
b) the Bonneville decides to stay running this year

I would love to be there! I'm still kicking myself for missing it last year!

Yeah, I'm thinking I might grab a hotel this year, at least for a few nights. Hopefully, I can get my friend Danny to come along, and that might be the deciding factor in how long we/I stay (and how many nights at the hotel).

Of course ill have everything fixed on the car before I install the performance parts. It's April now and the.meet is at the end of June. I have plenty of time.

So I find it a bit unfair that the only test of our cars will be a drag race.... How about a fuel economy challenge for the ride there? :twisted:

I'd challenge you to a fuel economy challenge if I were attending for sure. 37 mpg is doable in this thing for such a long trip. Been there done that before.
