Reset the codes by disconnecting the battery for atleast 5 minutes. Then drive it for awhile and then pull the codes again.
31 - PRNDL Switch Circuit
34 - Mass Air Flow Sensor Circuit ( Grams Per Secone Low )
39 - Torque Converter Clutch Problem
43 - Electronic Spark Control Circuit
66 - Low A/C Refrigerant Charge
Code 34 and 43 are the ones concerning this issue if they are true. Have you ran the car with the MAF unplugged?

Re: stuttering and boging on acceleration
after resetting on monday and driving at least 70 miles since, i pulled the codes again today and the only one that came up was 31. i also havent noticed any hesitation since changing the spark plugs but those were changed yesterday and i have only tried gassing it hard a couple times.myfirstbonnie wrote:Reset the codes by disconnecting the battery for atleast 5 minutes. Today a new problem started though. my fuel gauge is jumping around, from full to the amount i would think it should be on to just right next to the yellow area. it could then be steady for a little bit but will jump around again eventually. ive also noticed a slight ticking/clicking noise noise right around where the MAF sensor is when the throttle is applied. i noticed this ticking after changing the plugs yesterday.

Re: stuttering and boging on acceleration
I have close to the same problem but mine will start fine idles with a slight miss but some power on take off can get up to 60mph but it seems to stutter like the timing is of what could be the possible problem fyi the car sat for five years before I got it and has 149xxx on it and intake gaskets have been replaced.

Starting your own topic In the appropriate section would be the best starting move, this thread is 3 years old. Also, a basic use of punctuation is encouraged here, to help others understand as much as possible, what you are trying to describe.
That being said,
Having the car scanned for diagnostic trouble codes can reveal a lot of what's going on, maybe a simple bad plug wire can cause I the symptom I think, but that is based on my limited understanding of your description, and there are a multitude of possibilities which could cause this.
Hope i didn't rant on ya, welcome!
