Since this isn't a performance topic, I'll move it to General Chat for you.

The answer for you is NO. You cannot change between miles and km on a 93. 2000 was the first year for that feature.
Your HUD will change, but nothing else.

I thought there were metric dashes... I could be wrong though.

I have got the panel of devices for канады, but it such terrible and dirty that I have disassembled it for replacement of details. I have photographed all process of dismantling, but haven't understood as to expose a photo.

There are. Canadian instrument panels are in KM. I'm not aware of any swaps though.
