Hey guys. Thought I would throw up the pics of the GXP
I am mostly for help with my Bonnie GXP rims on the car. But also do promo for some events we have in New England area so thought I would join, get to know the Bonnie GXP guys and say hi and pass gathering info along!

Buddy of mine was looking at an 08 and the fakies compared to the real ones looked like junk.
I should have take a picture we had my 06 parked right beside it
06 Grand Prix GXP Diablosport Trinity , No DOD , Transgo SK , MSD 8.5MM Wires , NGK TR6IX plugs , LED's , Optima RedTop , Projector Retro , 3K Fogs , 20" Led Driving light , K&N CAI w/ Volant oversize air filter , Raybestos Brakes 94 SSEi NGK Plugs , Blue Streak Wires , Pulled Maf screen , Custom Exhaust , Raybestos Brakes , 12" MTX Audio sub and amp , Piaa Plasma Ion Foglight Housings , HIR His' and Lows' , Tinted Tails
its not a factor of 5 spoke or not..all GXP's had 5 spoke rimes..I mean the Alcoa rims from the start of production to midyear 2007 on GXP's after that the late 2007's and 2008's had cheaper rims.
the good rims..

yup..thats why I got the bonnie rims..well that and the old owner of my car..she took it through the car wash..not a good thing..the front rims are totally messed up..now they are winter tires..
They're only 18x8's, I've got the same wheels on all 4 corners in the summer and have gone through a few drag-thru car washes in the wintertime.
I haven't had an issue, but I've never bounced off the sides either. Either poor driving into a carwash, or a standard curbing would be my first guess at a culprit.
Winter wheels + rubber is a fantastic idea however

Jason, your car is also way narrower. IIRC the GP GXP has a wider track width and the wheels have a bunch of offset which puts them way out there.
Wide Track Pontiac!
Bye Bye: RIP sandrock

MKV GTI (stock wheels mind you)
Front 60.4"
Rear 59.7"
Add in the fact that I've gone to wider wheels with an offset that pushes them out between 1/4 and 1/2" more from eachother.... You'll find they'd be within milimeters of a "widetrack" GP.

those r my winter wheels now..
and yes they are wider in the front..think of a 911 how the rears stick out in the back..now turn that around..thats how the GP GXP's wheels are set up. the front is wider on the car that the back and will fit on a wash track but scrape the hell out of them..but this is only the GP GXP's not the bonnie GXP rims.

ok so you know what I was talking about..ok.... on the GP forums anyone that gets a GXP they are told not to do the auto wash's..it will not fit at all..its not curb rash..if you looked at the rim the curb rash area is not even hit..its about mid spoke all the way around..this is known fro mcoast to coast for all GP GXP guys..you can not go through the auto wash's with these wheels..
