Greetings Techies,
My service engine light came on yesterday when I left work and it stayed on. It came on again when I started it this morning so I plugged my OBD reader in and it returned P0135 & P0155. Translates to:
OBD II P0135 Oxygen Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1, Sensor 1)
OBD II P0155 Oxygen Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2, Sensor 1)
If I tell you what led up to it, it may be clearer - the car was backed into a snow bank. I have a remote starter in it and I had pushed the button to start it remotely. After 3 tries without starting, the starter timed out, so I started it manually, without issue, but the SEL came on. I read somewhere that it may have just blown a fuse. If so, can you tell me which fuse to look for? If something else, I'm all ears. Thanks in advance.

Hey Pete!! I was wondering where you had gone.
Sounds like you may have fried the sensors by having the tailpipes stuffed with snow. There might be a fuse in the engine bay block, it would be labed HO2S or similar.

Re: GXP Throwing P0135 & P0155
I've been around. Just haven't had as much time to hang out here. Work's been crazy busy. Plus with winter here all the Bonnie projects came to a seasonal halt.
So the SEL was on all the way to work this morning (30 min. commute). Then after work when I started the car it didn't come on and was off all the way home. Is it possible the codes cleared themselves? At first I thought I may have blown the bulb on the SEL itself, but when I got home I shut off the car and then turned the key to on and the SEL came on so it seems to be ok.

Yeah, it could have. Could be the back pressure caused the sensors to read wonky and it triggered the SES, then it cleared itself. Give it a few days and if it doesn't come back, forget about it.

Cool. Hope it was just that.
As long as I have your attention...I recently passed the 75k mile mark on my GXP. Should I have the transmission serviced at this point? I've read here that these transmissions start to have issues at around 75k. Also, the issue some have reported of the clicking sound when slowing down to around 12 mph exists on mine as well. What do you think?

Yup, I'd do the trans fluid, and probably the brake fluid, along with the coolant, lol. It's time for all of them. Isn't the clicking a retaining ring on a solenoid in the trans? About an $800 repair...
