Bearings are sized in thousands of an inch. For a light polish of the crank journals, sizes 0.001", 0.002", and 0.003" are available. For heavier damage repair, 0.010", 0.020", 0.030", and 0.040" oversize bearings are available in addition to the STD size bearings. When you start needing the 0.030" size or bigger, it is time to junk the crank and get a new one. You are well into the surface hardening finish applied to the crank journals, which means your repaired crank might fail even with the correct bearing clearance.
You'll probably have more problems finding a machine shop who's equipment is non metric (or an operator who can convert the dimensions to metric from SAE.) All the bearings and gaskets are available by mail order.
Have you looked into getting a Russian translated manual from the publishers? Even a generic Haynes manual for the H-Body would give the basic assembly of the motor with dimensions and torque specs.
Or simply ask here on the forum for the torque specs and assembly photos. Members of this group have routinely assembled the engines and can provide pictures, specs, and answer most questions that come up.
