Lug nut caps/lug nut covers??

Post by Ludichris »

After I had two new tires put on today, I noticed after I ran some errands that one of my lug nut covers is missing. It's purely aesthetic, but it is bugging the crap out of me. I found a couple online places that sell a wide selection of lug nut covers, but I wanted some input from here on where I might be able to source some, and what the proper diameter is for the ones I need. It just looks really bad....it's just ONE of them, but it's driving me batty! The stock ones are black, but thinking of chrome colored ones, even though they will most likely be plastic. Ideas? Sources? Thanks!

After spending years replacing a couple cracked chrome plastic lugnut covers every time I touched the tires, I finally put on the inexpensive chrome steel lugnuts I picked up on ebay...just a couple weeks ago when I redid the struts and shocks.

Even if these rust after a couple/few years, they were cheap enough at $9.99 plus shipping.
