harofreak00 feedback (Bonnevilles Unlimited)

Post by harofreak00 »

I have been selling parts to the Bonneville community now for several years now. Dozens of cars, hundreds of transactions and thousands of parts later, I have built up quite an empire. Since the business has began to spread more and more outside of our little community and across the country, my customer base has expanded exponentially. It is not uncommon to receive several calls a day from out-of-state people needing parts. Since this is the internet, it can sometimes be hard for people to trust others. I would like to have some sort of feedback area that I can link doubting customers. Since it can't be in the Lounge or For Sale section (non-members can't see it), I decided to post here.

So, if you have ever purchased anything from me, I would like you to think back to the transaction(s) and give some feedback. Be 100% honest.

Here are just a few areas worth commenting on:
  • Is my communication fast?
Am I easy to get a hold of?
Are my prices good compared to salvage yards?
Are the parts as I described them?
    Are the parts 100% functioning?
    Are parts shipped fast?
    Are shipping prices reasonable?
    Are parts packaged appropriately?

As a part of a few of Andrew's projects, as well as purchasing many parts from him, I can say he is a very honest, upstanding individual, who knows what he is doing, accurately represents his products and works hard to make a customer happy. He is very fast with information, a fair price quote, and works very hard at being able to meet up or quickly ship an item. I have been 100% satisfied in the products, price and service I have gotten from him, and will continue to buy parts from him in the future.

Bought a couple things from Andrew, absolute first class seller. Prices were great, and very fair as well as adjusted to the condition of each item. Everything was packaged very well and shipping was lightening fast, no hassle. I have recommended him to many people both here and on Craigslist looking for parts that are hard to find.

Andrew's always been willing to go the extra mile. Known the guy for 6 years now i believe, and he has never done a thing to be distrusted.

If I find another 3800, or need parts for my brother's Buick he's the first place I'd go.

Having had the pleasure of meeting you personally, I can vouch for your honesty and credibility on a personal AND business level, as I've been the recipient of your parts as well. 10/10 on all points, sometimes you've actually shipped me the parts before I even paid you.

Andrew gives the customer great service before and after the sale. His prices are very reasonable, and I can always trust the part to be good. I don't think twice. If there was ever a mistake, I have no doubt that he would correct it immediately. Probably the best part of the transaction is his knowledge of his product.
