Had my car detailed

Had my car detailed

I got my car back from a local detailer today and tried to get some shots in before the sun when down.

I had the paint jeweled/waxed/sealed, wheels cleaned, rear floor mats cleaned, and the door jams cleaned.

Looks good!

Seems like the detailer knows what he was doing, but hard to tell for sure without a sun reflection. One thing for sure, if he really did a good job like it looks like, don't lose his number! GOOD detailers are very hard to find, especially one that can get great, hologram free results on black paint :beerchug:

The paint needed to be sealed and protected. Supposed to wait 4-6 weeks before waxing/coating fresh paint. I'm sure that's why, he had a pro use some good stuff on there to keep the paint in its current shape.

Yep. I've never jeweled paint or waxed/sealed a car before and I didn't want to learn on mine. I figured I would leave that up to someone who does it professionally, then take it from there.

I'm assuming Jeweled means you killed the orange peel, or was it wet sanded when it was shot?
