Friday July 23 - Cruise to the Coast. "Rogue Beer run" followed by Moes for luncheon feast. Road testing. Back to KOA for campfire discussions and Rogue quenching. THE DINNER at China Buffet - Full Throttle Ramp Run video shoot

Saturday July 24 - Woodburn General Motors Sportsman Class Drags. Woodburn WCBF10 convoy leaves KOA at 6:00 a.m. sharp.
8:am - 6:pm followed by our traditional photo shoot at Woodburn Dragstrip, and Pizza's to go for dinner . ...back to KOA by 7:00 pm for WCBF10 awards and presentations.

Sunday July 25 - Group discussions and picture/video swap. Departures.

Monday July 26 - Firebird Formula leaves early morning carrying a very happy couple with a pair of burnt out slicks......to Bellis Fair Mall in Washington.

12 more hours till I leave. I'm soooooo excited I'll have a hard time sleeping tonight!!!

Time to pop another bottle of wine! Have to make up for not driving any Whine this year.......just some growl.

Look forward all year to this Meet and reluctantly missed it last year.........I've got some ground to make up for. :bmissile:

All you guys that missed this year will regret it.

Setting things out in the garage now. Packing our bags and ready to go. The difference for me is that in 12 hours I will just be packing the car.

I'm counting on you, Matt, to show everyone that SSEi power can top NA old school musclecar power. I'll be trying my hardest to beat my SSEi time but based on my 1/8 mile perfomance I haven't so far, so that means based on you having almost equivalent SSEi mods you should beat me in the 1/4. We'll see about that won't we.

6.6 L vs 3.8 L SC

This should be fun!

I had the Bonne down at Bill's for a week in May during my 2 week Cali trip.

I've never run the Bird on a 1/4 mile track before. I tried once a couple years ago but got rejected due to having no battery shut off and no driveshaft loop. I have them now.

I want to have some fun with it before I can't afford it anymore.......or before I trade it for a SC GT500 or something silly like that.

The Bullet is my DD now and I need it to last a few more years. Time to pull the battery and lock the garage door for a week.

edit and not forgetting a little grudge match with a Z28.

Paul is on the mainland. I heard from him at 9:48am today, waiting for the second Fairy. So he was either in 'frisco, or he meant the second ferry, which would put him on the mainland long ago.
