Cleared GXP headlights in!

There will be more pics to come, but I haven't had time to get one yet with both lights in, but you get the idea how they look. I am SO happy I decided to not let that offer pass by, they look amazing in the car, now I just need to tint the fog lights

I actually think the car would look flat out wicked with blacked out tails and some black 18"s... just black everything out

Ditto. It's fantastic you got new headlights for cheap. I just can't tell the difference.

from what i can tell..the GXPs are darker vs clean and clear

You're correct, the GXP lights are slightly darker. It may be easier to see in person side by side.

The lense is actually "smoked" color. Personally, I can't stand it because it gives the lighting from the headlights a more yellow'ish color, and makes them look dim (when in fact they're not) thanks to the HIR bulb GXP high beams get, then the low beam HIR's that I've put in.

As to this application, I gotta say, I personally only like the amber removed on the lighter colored Bonne's, and the lighter metallic colored Bonne's. Sleigh has his done and it looks good with his color. On a dark color like the black (mine), blue, or even crimson tintcoat, I gotta say, leaving the the amber corners looks better. It adds the proper offsetting/contrast in color.

I think the amber gives a bad contrast and looks bad with any color. Looks much cleaner without the amber in there IMO.

i cleared my sun birds, so as always, to each their own, that is why its your car, not theirs
