Re: The bullet is in town
FYI, this is our vacant unit next door, cuz we have a full house here, and no open hotel rooms in town. Heat is working now, City shouldn't have locked out the water, but we can do a 3-dollar bypass for that today.

Give them a bucket and a pail. The pail to get water from your faucet and the bucket.......................well, we all know how to use those.

Re: The bullet is in town
Got the Dex out of the Buick, it's running right now with no thermostat and some heavy duty Prestone flush/cleaner for about an hour, then we'll flush that and put the right (safe) stuff back in. Paul already cleaned the inside of the reservior.
Lightly drilled 180 will go back in.
Edit:
Done with that. I'm very impressed. We flushed a TON with the heater on high, and let it run 5 minutes with the hose and no thermostat while the water was crystal clear. Put in the flush stuff, ran it for an hour with the system closed but no thermostat. Very impressive how dirty that water came out. It really cleaned things out. Flushed again with water, and put in Prestone mixes with any color, and a lightly drilled 180 thermostat. Car is cooling down after burping now.
Next project? Wash the Buick and the two green cars. The Bullet has already been wiped down. Gotta wait for one though, Lisa and the boys are out in the SLEeper. Also need to figure out why my *dang* ELC pump on the Zilla is running when it shouldn't.

Re: The bullet is in town
Mini meet only. Hic.....hic.....
All four H bodies are clean and ready for action.
Bill crashed for a nap after I watched him work all day while sipping on cool ones.
Who's the old man?
What?!! Tomorrow is his birthday.
He must be resting up for tonight.
Watching a Nascar race right now.
This is nothing like a WCBF. Hardly any time to rest at those. This is much more relaxing.

Now I have my login back from the hacker......
Got a ton done. Fixed an ELC leak (dryer popped loose) on the Zilla, washed it. Washed Lisa's Buick, and flushed all the Dex out along with a drilled 180 thermostat. Washed and waxed the SLEeper. It needed it BAD. Paul has pics to prove it. Clearcoat is really suffering on that car.
Off to dinner with Paul, Laura, Lisa, Tyler, Katie, and Kyle shortly.

Re: The bullet is in town
Head is a little woosy this morning for some strange reason.
Good thing actual WCBF event has a lot more driving involved to help keep us out of drinking trouble.
Got to get ready for church so can't download any pics until later.
Today should be a little more eventful...........but without the drinking.
It's Bill's Birthday today.

Re: The bullet is in town
Sunrise yesterday morning:

Kyle and Dex doing what they love best:

Lisa and Laura in the kitchen (Paul and I were on the grill):

Dex watching the grill for us:

Katie, Kyle, pinhead, and Dex chillin' on the couch:

Paul on the patio watching TV from the projector (he's to the left in the dark):

Paul and Laura feasting on ribeye, grilled chicken, shrimp, and a vegetable we won't talk about here:

Re: The bullet is in town
LMFAO
So I go out to the driveway to check on things first thing this morning and what do I see?
Bill. Down on his hands and knees praying to the godess of rubber cleaning the burnt rubber off the undersides of the Zilla in his PJ's with coffee in hand.
Quote of the day: "Whoops I got a little in my coffee"
I took a pic I'll show later to prove it.
Yesterday

Only the best for my ride

He left his trademark

Dex loves the sunroof

Shamed into buffing up the SLEper

Immaculate finish all around

Done for the day

.....but it was only 2000 lbs worth not 2200 lbs so a ton is correct.
Thanks for the dig though, Nichole, cause they have been picking on me about my Canadianism.
All in good fun.

Bill had a great day but it began a little funny with the quote of the day being "Whoops, I got a little rubber in my coffee"

He made off with a good haul of gifts.
Bill's family

43 He's just a pup

Lisa surprised him with some personalized gifts

So did I

Took them for dinner at my fav Mexican restaurant
