September Cookout at INTENSE

Post by Rogue »

We are having our annual cookout with the Greater Ohio Grand Prix Club, which is the local Grand Prix club that we support, in September and we would like you to join us. Like last year GOCLUBGP will provide the meat and beverages. Anyone who attends is encouraged to bring a covered dish, dessert or side dish however don't let it stop you from attending if you unable to do so.

It should be a bit cooler hopefully this year and we will have plenty of room for outdoor activities should you choose to bring them. I think last year we had some cornhole games, a few frisbees and other items. I don't think there will be a car show this year but you may want to shine your ride just in case

We are inviting our G8 and Camaro friends as well so there should be some opportunity to mingle with them and see some of the newer modified GM vehicles in person as well as our flagship INTENSE TT G8 GT car.

Where: INTENSE Enterprises, 8430 Estates Court, Plain City, OH 43064
When: Saturday September 19th, 2009
Time: 12:00 - 4:00pm

Please post here if you plan on attending so GOCLUBGP can judge the amount of burgers and dogs to purchase.

We want to thank everyone who attended the Greater Ohio Club Grand Prix Picnic event we hosted here at INTENSE. The turnout was great and the food was awesome. Hamburgers, chicken, hot dogs, and a plethora of side dishes and desserts were demolished by a bunch of great people who spent hours talking cars, mods and football (Ohio State was playing).

We had over 30 cars and about twice as many people and we look forward to doing this event again next year. Thanks to GOCLUBGP for bringing the meat, Mike Murphy for doing the grilling, Tracy Bright and Scott Cook for loaning the grill, and everyone for having a good time.

I've got a few pictures posted up on our news blurb at :
