I really wish the background was nicer here, but I just couldn't pass up the water shot!
Close up of the new "socks". I'm thinking maybe I should have gone with a black decal over the caliper. I didn't want to do chrome because I thought it would clash too much, so I got the brushed aluminum ones from ZZP. But you can't really see it sometimes. Also I now have to add something gold to the side of the car, because if you look straight on from the side the gold looks good, but out of place IMO. Maybe a gold pinstripe right under the black one will make it pop. Otherwise I think I'll have to put some badges back on in white/gold. I already have the overlays for it, I just hadn't decided to do it yet.
