The input is, leave it as a thought, and that is all. Don't do it.

Probably only a couple people here would say go for it, most will be against it. Myself, I don't really care for it, but if you like it, that is all that matters :)

I am sure it takes some custom work..... welding, fabrication etc. probably best to have a fab shop do it.

Looking closely at the video, it does not look like that door gives much clearance for a person to get in and out. It's trick alright, but only cool when you open the door. Spend the money on something else.

I would never do that to any car, especially a Bonneville. The one cool thing I did see in the video was the 2000+ SE with 96-99 16" 5 spokes, that looks pretty good.

I was thinking of doing the same myself. As long as u get the 90 degree kit u wont have to worry about squeezing in and out theres plenty of room. I found the kit on this site for $340 check it out:

Meh, the money you spend on it could be spent on making it faster, or run better. I'd take that money and put it somewhere else. Lambo doors are so over-rated. Refer to photo above.

Some people drive to work and the grocery store. What's the point of having a 400hp car that you can only drive 25? For some people, style is a better way to spend money. Personally I like to get a little of both. I'm not big on lambo doors, but I've always thought making the rear door suicide would be tight.

Also: Am I the only one who saw the GPs in that vid?

All though I would never do that to any of my cars ,The lambo doors really are a genius design if you think about it, If all cars came with lambo doors, door dings would be a thing of the past and tight space parking would no longer be a concern.

usually it's 12' or more. If trucks can get in there, so can a car with lambo doors. providing the doors aren't 6' + long.
