Can I run without the Boost control solenoid?

My boost control solenoid flagged a code, tested the resistance of the coil and it is open. How long can I drive with the vac hose plugged off to give full boost? I will be getting a new solenoid next week, but until then.

It's been done, but it's not the most recommended practice if you're going to be driving hard. Take it easy and it should be fine.

you could just take the supercharger belt off and run without that until you get it fixed

That's the safest way, but I don't think it's necessary if you keep it below 3/4 throttle.
