OK 3 days till my inspection is due some a$$hat decides to hit the driver side mirror on the bonnie!! GRRRRR!!! now i took apart the inside door panel to find that there is no way to access the two screws for the mirror. How the hell do u free the mirror assembly from the door? I really need to know so i can go to the junkyard and find a new one! lol or does anyone have a driver mirror that there not using?? lol. Let me know guys/ladies!

Just so you know, 1992-99 Bonnie mirrors are the same.

The glass and carrier 'pop' out of the mirror by gently prying at it. The mirror itself is held in by studs/nuts. You need to remove the door panel to replace the ENTIRE mirror assembly, but not just for the glass and carrier.

That article was written and compiled by one of our gearheads. It was part of Techinfo on the 'old' forum, and will be here as well.
