I need new tires for my 98 within the next 1-2 months, Im running slicks right now Im looking for some all seasons, high treadlife, and $100 or less a tire.
I'd give the Pirelli P4 and the Yokohama Avid TRZ a look, both tires have good treadwear ratings and perform very well. Jim W runs the P4's on his GTP and likes them, and a friend of mine runs the Avid TRZ on his 2001 Camry, VERY quiet tire.
I'm currently running Michelin Hydroedge, an 800 treadwear rated tire, but to buy them new they're a bit out of your budget at $120 a pop.

I've had P4's for the past 30k miles and like them. They look pretty good for the mileage, and grip well in the rain and the little snow I got to drive them in.
If you check Discount Tire Direct's Ebay auctions you can find them for around $300 for all 4 shipped.

I've got the Kumho Solus KR21 tires on our Hyundai Santa Fe. I know, not a real good comparison for you. I do like the tires though - great wet, dry, and snow traction and these things wear like iron.
Im looking for some all seasons, high treadlife, and $100 or less a tire.
