My low beams no longer work!!

Car: 1997 SSE, L36.

So today I was leaving work and I unlocked my doors via keyfob, and the parking lights and fogs flashed rather then headlights, parking lights and fogs flash. I just discounted it as odd and hoped in for the drive home. During that drive home the DIC briefly flashed a warning about a headlamp out, but shortly went away. Then shortly after that the 2 gauges on the right kinda jumped but went right back to their proper spots. Then while I was waiting on the off ramp to turn, the gauges jumped again and the car stalled. Fired right back up though. I don't know if this has anything to do with this problem but just figured I would throw that out there.

Fast foreward 2 hours later when I go to leave and my headlights do not work. Will not come on automatically like they should and will not come on with the headlight switch. I checked all fuses, and tried another headlight bulb just in case. but no luck.

I am leaning towards a headlight switch but figured I'd ask here before I call up the dealer and order a new switch.
