Yep when I seen that 4.6 under the hood I had to have it. I wouldn't mind getting another one. It was a blast to drive.

Second best edition of the Modular engine... Best being the 303 HP version in the Marauder (But the gearing is better on the Mark). The Mark series is one of my great loves (Almost bought a Mark V for $2000 a couple years ago, sadly, the car got in an accident with a semi just before I was to buy it.). I can't be sure of the year from the picture, but it is either a 97 or 98 base model.

It's not exactly the cobra engine. The intakes were different. The Marks had a big bulky plastic thing. My buddy just bought a cobra intake off of ebay for $700. Won't bolt up to the heads though, so he's buying some aftermarket ones from Patriot Performance. He's gonna have a *shoot* load of money in it, but I'm pretty sure it's gonna be bad ass when he's done!

I, as well, almost bought a Mark after the Grand Marquis was totalled. I got a ride in one and just had to have one :|. Funny thing is that I told the guy I'd be back the next day with payment, and he went ahead and sold it to somebody else for $50 more. Oh well, I have the bonne now. Not quite the ballz, but it moves.
