Re: Ride height sensor...
There is a vent function, controlled by the RIM (rear intergration module). When you pump up the rear struts you have to disable to sensor to maintain the extra height. I would replace the sensor, pm Harofreak00, he has many.

This is from the Triple Edge Performance site:
No movement in any range:
This problem can have numorous causes and on higher powered cars typically a broken input shaft or drive chain set is suspect. Below is a short list of potential broken or failing parts to cause it.

Re: Steer wheel radio controls.
They are the same fuses as in the fuse panel. It is a fuse holder that contains 2 fuses and is usually wrapped in foam and taped to keep it from clicking if it bangs against anything. The wire that goes in and out of it is a 4 wire ribbon cable. (if I remember correctly)

Re: Steer wheel radio controls.
There is a fuse at the base of the steering column. Remove the panel above the footwell. It is the only fuse in that area. Although the problem is most likely the clockspring in the steering column, if you have already replaced the controls. The fuse is easy enough to check though.

Re: Window auto-down module added for front passenger door
[Edit: In your writeup you installed it in the passenger door between the passenger's controls and the window motor, so both the driver and passenger's controls operate the auto-down. I put mine in the driver's door between the driver's controls ahead of the passenger's controls, so the auto-down ...

Re: Easy way to bypass VATS without fumbling wires?
The easiest way is to remove the C101 connector, it's the big one at the base of the steering column. Both vats wire go into this connector. Remove the 2 vats leads from the column side of the connector and jumper with a resistor that matches your key.

Re: Removing Wiper Arms
There is a small metal tab at the "base" of the wiper arm that has to be pulled to remove the tab from a slot in the drive shaft of the wiper. Then it is just to pull straight out.

The pump is a "dumb" unit, it only turns on and off when told. The rim does that job.

I was just about to pull the trigger on a full set of these for the Zr2 when I read the lows don't have the dark coated tips anymore. Your not supposed to run these in reflectors that don't have the ring deflector in them. The bonnies do, the Zr2 doesn't. :(

I need a resonator for the ZR2 and was going to drive up there just for that, so I will probably be there. Have to call Mark tomorrow and make the appointment if he has time.

Re: Power Door Lock Problem
If you suspect a wet floor, your ground buss connections under both door sills could be the problem. They are located near the front of each door opening. Search for "ground buss", there are lots of pics posted.

Crazy that the 4th gear clutch hub splines shear off like that. Does that happen with all these transmissions eventually, and is there anything that can be done to delay it?
Off topic:
