Transmission Cooler
I recently ordered my Transmission cooler, and it arrived today! :bwoohoo: But now I have one question... in the instructions it says to instal in series for maximum efficiency. My question is, do I need to? The cooler will be enough on its own correct? I got this one http://www.jegs.com/i/JEGS ...

High Speed Fan Override
I have searched, and read up on this topic. But I would just like to confirm what I understood from my reading.
I found these instructions...
Remove the RF hushpanel (passenger side). Look up. The silver box is the PCM with three connectors. Ignore the red and blue connectors.

Re: I got 32 MPG!
The best I ever got was 36.1 MPG in the 96, 31 in the 99. And the Envoy has somehow managed to pull 24.3 Going to Milwaukee; on more than one occasion.

New, Used Transmission
I have searched on here and cannot seem to actually find my answer. When looking for a used transmission for my 99 SLE, what all do I have to look for? I know the final drive ratio. But what else? Also will any series II 4t65e work with the right final drive ratio? If not what models/ years?

Re: Well... lets shimmy and shake!
As far as I could tell none...
I guess it is time to just start guessing. LOL
I will start taking sensors off the 96 and trying them on the 99, and see if anything helps. If not I will have to get much more in depth.

Re: Well... lets shimmy and shake!
No, no codes at all. Not even P1811. I figured it was a mount, until I started unplugging things and it went away. That and it never happened when the car was cold. This truly has me confused... I tried searching everything possible on here and still couldn't find anything like it.

Well... lets shimmy and shake!
I have been having a annoying weird issue with my Bonneville. It sometimes shifts hard, but I know that issue already. But that is not as often as the entire vehicle shaking and jerking. When I go WOT, the shifts are absolutely horrid! The car jerks, and shimmies. I have tried quite a few things to ...
