Coolant bottle won't empty.

I have been having an issue were the coolant was leaking because the water pump went bad. What i could not figure out is why when the coolant would get low the coolant in the overflow bottle would not go into the system. It has been full all the time and green in color, but the radiator would be low ...

Drivers Side Mirror.

I need to get the drivers side mirror assembly for my 95 and was wondering if Pontiac ever used the blue glass mirror on the drivers side. Mine has the blue glass on the passenger side and would like them to match and when driving at night they seem to dim the light from people behind me much better.

Zinc Removal from Oils and Zinc Additives

I have been reading a lot of articles lately that are talking about the removal of zinc from motor oils and that it wears out camshafts in older engine. To my understanding the zinc being removed from the oil is like when gasoline went from leaded to un-leaded and you would have to run a lead ...

Re: Ok, talk me into it

Working at a GM Dealership (former Pontiac Dealer) and dealing with the G6 Pontiacs, I would not own one that wasn't under warranty. Once those cars go out of warranty is when they start to brake expensive parts (i.e. lower ball joints that are not replaceable without the control arm). Plus, the ...

Re: Upgraded fog lamps for 1995 SE

The orignal fog lamps work, but one fills with water when ever it is driven in the rain. If I am going to replace them I would like to upgrade them at the same time.

Re: Bonneville murders

Two years ago when driving my 67 Mustang late on a Friday night to a Goodguys show in Columbus, OH I hit a racoon on HWY 53 comming out of Tiffin. The thing about this was that I saw a small racoon in the road at the last second and swerved to avoid hitting it, but when I did that I hit the bigger ...

Upgraded fog lamps for 1995 SE

I am looking to upgrade the fog lamps in my Bonneville SE but have not been able to find anything that seems to be the right size for the stock location. Everything I have found is either to small, or when put into the stock bracket they are not centered in the the bumper cover location. Just ...

Hello

Hello everyone. My name is Dennis and I am the proud new owner of a 1995 Bonneville SE. It is dark green with the SLE & Gold Package. I bought it form my Grandmother who has owned the car since new and only put 70,300 miles (as of 5/5/11)on it since new. Hoping to get many more years out of it.
