Just took a quick drive and the gage was fine everything else seems okay too

If you sit in the car after you shut the car off does it still time out after a few minutes? Could be the door latch. Did you try opening all the doors?

My oil pressure gage is all over the place(more than normal) between 0 to 60 psi. I'm thinking it could be the oil pressure sensor or maybe the pick up line, but I wanted to get a second opinion. Thoughts?

I had a similar problem on my 2000 where it only blew cold air on the driver side and it turned out to be the passenger air actuator. My guess is that your driver air actuator is the problem. The connection plug on mine had some mild corrosion on it and I was able just clean it up to get it to work

I can hear the pads rubbing on the passenger side

yeah slides look good cleaned and lubed, calipers are original. I'll order new ones.

Anyone try replacing a Catalytic Converter with a universal one? If so were there any problems?

I heard a rattling noise today and took the car to my mechanic. He thinks it the catalytic converter, but I only hear the noise when the car is in drive. When I rev it in neutral everything sounds normal which leads me to think it has something to do with the transmission. Any ideas?

On mine I just had a bad connection to the actuator try blowing out the plug
