Re: Chevron Fuel (Ethanol)
We still have some stations here that proudly advertise ethanol free fuel. Those are the ones that I try to use. Now If it comes down to 10 percent in chevron fuel or Philips or exxon with no ethanol which would you use?

Chevron Fuel (Ethanol)
I have used Chevron premium fuel up till recently. All the Chevrons in the area have started to add ethanol at 10%. When that happened I saw a decrease in my MPG. So I started to fill up with premium philips or exon.
What I would like to know is peoples thoughts on Ethanol? Good or bad?

Re: Amsoil?
Thanks for all the suggestions. I have really been trying lately to start out slower and coast longer before intersections. It is so hard to do in that car. These cars are just so much fun. I had 2 of the local supply stores say it was no benefit to use the EoA oil filter. One mentioned it was just ...

super charger Maintenance
This car is the first on I have owned with a super charger. I imagine there is some maintenance that goes with it. A couple of questions. First how often do I need to check the oil in the charger? Second how often should it be changed? Are there any oils that are better then others for changing or ...

Oil smell After pushing her hard
My 03 ssei after driving it hard has an oil smell that comes into the cab. :bluetwitch: I only notice it after I have really been pushing it. I have monitored the oil level and it does not move. It has stayed at full. When I bought the car (from a dealership  ) they had overfilled it by a ...

Re: new fuel pump/ poor fuel milage.
[quote="00Beast"]First off your Info says 03 SSEi, but your post says 02. Please clear that up.
Good pressure is around 42 at idle, and going up when you apply the throttle.
Have you removed the vacuum line from the fuel pressure regulator and smelled it for gas? If you smell gas, it's leaking ...

Re: new fuel pump/ poor fuel milage.
I got 2 Bonneville's. My wife's is the 02 se and mine is the 03 ssei. I have my car stock. I really do not want to do any heavy mods. She gets me in trouble enough as it is.

Re: How did you find pontiacbonnevilleclub
I have been a Bonneville owner since I bought my 88 back in 02. I loved the reliability of this car. Last year I purchased my wife a 2002 se. I wanted to read what other Bonneville owners were doing to increase MPG and performance on their machines. After a brief Google search I ended up here. After ...
