Re: Radiator upgrade issue
I installed a new radiator from a 2002 oldsmobile Aurora 3.5. The lower and upper radiator hoses are the same. I also installed a new coolant bottle from the Aurora. For the outlet (bottom hose on new bottle) I tied it into the inlet heater hose with a T fitting so I could keep the original routing ...

Radiator upgrade issue
Hi All
My original radiator finally let go. I did some searching and read that the Olds aurora 3.5 radiator could fit. I ordered one for a 2002 Aurora and picked up a coolant bottle from the junk yard. Got everything in and together. I added a T fitting to the inlet heater hose to run the new ...

Re: Ignition issue
I did try that but no luck. No codes no misfires. Drove it with the tech 2 trying to isolate what cylinder but all day looked good. Gonna need to drive with a co pilot to verify.

Re: Ignition issue
I don't have any other stock parts left. Coils were cracked. I put in a brand new ICM and it made it worse to the point could barely go up a hill. I swapped my old one back in. Checked everything all over again. I'm gonna swing by NAPA and see if they will warranty my old wires. Also I have only ...

Ignition issue
Hi all
Is or has anyone used the zzp high voltage coils and 10.5mm wires? I'm asking cause I'm currently using them with ngk laser iridium itr6f13. Since install I'm having a " big down" randomly through all rpms even at idle. Ran it with the plugs gapped at the .052 then gapped them to the .060 ...

Water in engine.
Hi All
I drove through a giant puddle last night and it stalled the car out. Won't Start just get a clunk. Let it sit over night with no change. I pulled the plugs and intake tube. Water in the throttle body, water coming out of the plugs holes. I turned it over by hand didn't hear anything that ...

Power seat
Hi All
Is there anyway to move the power seats without having power to it? I have a parts car with no battery, alternator, fuses, relays. Trying to get the passenger seat out and stuck on the bolt that goes into the side.
Thanks Keith

Re: Engine knock/rattle noise
I was a having slimier problem. Mine ended being my harmonic balancer. At start up would be fine but once it would come down in rpms it would start to make the noise. It was pretty loud. I would inspect it and see if any of the rubber is torn on the balancer.

Re: 01 SSEI brake upgrade??
I got my calipers on the cheap, but I got the lines and rebuild kit very cheap off of rock auto. I wanna say I paid about $30 for both front lines, banjo washer, bolts, gaskets. Brand new calipers from rock auto are running about $50 plus core now.

Harmonic Balancer?
Hi All
I was wondering what other members have used to remove the harmonic balancer? I know GM call for a special tool, but can you use any puller for it? part numbers or pictures of tool use would be big help.
Thanks, Keith

Re: Battery draining
I found it I just had to open my eyes
But I also noticed that once I lock my car with the fob after about a minute or two my alarm goes off then i lock and unlock my car with the fob again and its fine.
Could this be due to the install of the new radio?
Thanks, Keith
