I've had good luck with 3m 3 step compound. 3 coumpounds, 3 pads. I use a makita buffer, use low speed if you are nervous. Before doing this make sure you wash the car very well and clay it too.

I was wondering if its possible to add a sub to a stock stereo system on my 2000 bonneville. I really want to keep the stock stereo in the car if possible.

My 2000 did that too. The tail panel on trunk lid was leaking through mounting holes if I remember correctly.
