What all is involved in replacing this?

A set of ramps, a jack with a block of wood, and some tools. Patience would go a long way also.

I think I am going to attempt this this week
so pull the car up on ramps then jack the eng/trans take off bolts..this is all done from the underside correct?

There are two trans mounts in the rear...the ugly bear of a mount on the driver side, and the easy dogbone on the passenger side.
Which of the two are you looking into replacing?

Ah. Add your favorite alcoholic beverage to your list. LOTS of it.
Oh, and a good pressure washing under there the day before you start on it would help you out, at least getting you less greasy.
