17,000 miles on 300+ hp stock Trans = More then expected. But got a new tranny in there, and beefed up a bit. Check out my vid...

Looks nice!

Where's the whine!?

Just kidding.

I bet you love that new trans. Since I've had mine rebuilt with the shift kit the car feels incredible and quicker than it has ever been.

What size pulley do you have on it, and what do you have for an intake? I know you have the SSM90 kit on there.

hey ed check in his siggy
hes got a 3.5 mps pulley

under the hood shot

i think the reason hes not hearing much whine personally is cause of his lack of aftermarket intake...allthough i think i remeber him saying (i could be wrong) that he had a pipe going all the way through and the box was just there to make it "look" stock

Yeah .. i dont know. i think i am going to get a new set up for intake. like a air box, with k+N drop in. but it should still have some whine. I think the pipe is just to long to be effective.

you got a cone filter on too right?

in order for whine you need something other than the stock air box...regardless of what filter you get

you need either a FWI,CAI or something similar to what you had on it before you put the ss m90 kit

Yep, I didn't know you had a K&N drop-in. That's why there's no whine (beating a dead horse). No matter what size pulley you have, an FWI or CAI would create a lot of whine. I'm running my frisbee still.

That's a wickedly aggressive bend right before the TB.
